It was the day after those stressful straight teachings. I can now have a good sleep and find ways to relax.
I reviewed my pupils about the previous discussion which are part of the coverage of examination. I used their textbook in letting them answer the different exercises in all the subject matters. This is the reason why I frequently used the book when I am discussing or assessing (through quizzes) my pupils. I used it as drills to review them.
While they were having their seat works, I make my design for the bulletin board in my room. This has been the second time around. I had already finished structuring the classroom but Ma’am Yen told me that I have to make the bulletin more updated. So, I had spent my money again for this craft.
After the day, I had already reviewed my pupils for the examination and finished structuring the bulletin again.
As I have observed, even though it was only a review, some of my pupils especially slow learners, get burst all of those lessons I and their subject had discussed. It seems that you will be starting from the beginning again.
I don’t know what’s wrong with those pupils. Who shall be the responsible? You might think that it would be the teachers since they taught the pupils. But to make it fair, no matter how the teachers teach well; if the student did not make effort on it, perhaps, no learning will occurs.
Students must be responsible for their own learning.
